Toronto-based GOVI finds love in the underground in “Afterhours”

Toronto producer GOVI, a regular on OVO Sound Radio, recently dropped the sleek visuals of his single "Afterhours", featuring vocalist and frequent collaborator Tylor Jay Santos. The clip finds GOVI making his way through an underground hot spot, crossing paths with a stranger along the way.

"The song and visuals are inspired by the underground nightlife in eastern Europe. We wanted to draw elements of tone, aesthetic, and wardrobe found in those parties and bring it to Toronto in this video," GOVI explained to The FADER over email. "Afterhours represents escapism; a place people can go to feel free without any judgment."
