The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has launched a series of mental health awareness PSAs called ‘Seize the Awkward’ designed to get people to talk about mental health, and the star of their latest video is none other than teen pop sensation Billie Eilish. Eilish has been open about her struggles with mental health in the past — she recently opened up to Zane Lowe about it — and in the video she urges fans to seek help if they need it.

“When people hear [other people say] ‘Remember to take care of your mental health’ they think that everyone else is, and that is not at all accurate,” she says in the clip. “It doesn’t make you weak to ask for help, it doesn’t make you weak to ask for a friend to go to a therapist … you should be able to ask anyone for help.”
