Governors Ball Festival evacuated following severe weather Update via Governors Ball official website.  

Governors Ball was cut short on Sunday with headline sets by The Strokes and SZA cut short due to bad weather. The New York festival was affected all day with the doors opening delayed due to adverse weather conditions and some artists sets pulled.

Around 9:35 p.m., Governor’s Ball evacuated the Randall’s Island site and shared the following information online.

A show sponsored by the festival at NYC's Le Poission Rouge featured Charli XCX and Umru, whose sets were cut with the changes, but it's already sold out.
