Movement is the key in Neil Frances's new music video. The LA-based act have recruited Stasya Generalova, a member of the USA Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team, for their "Rewind" video, which uses a nostalgic aesthetic to convey the energy of both Generalova's talents and the groove-laden electronic music Neil Frances makes.

In addition to Generalova, the video also stars Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actor Luke Cook as a man who catches sight of the gymnast while passing through a shipping container yard. Inspired by what he sees, he is lead into a more free place beyond the confines of the industrial storage units that surround them.

"The inspiration for the 'Rewind' video came from a desire to converge a harsh industrial idea with youth and movement, and a slightly over the top 1980’s motivational theme," says director Elliott Watson. "I had really wanted to work with Stasya Generalova and this concept felt like a good fit paired with shooting entirely on steadicam. My friend Luke Cook did a bang-up job playing the blue collar worker who breaks out of his shell. We found a shipping container yard in Long Beach that was a perfect fit for the aesthetic I was looking for, and the multi colored containers reminded me of the 1984 LA Olympics branding which I think suits the track thematically."

The duo, Marc Gilfry and Jordan Feller, dropped "Rewind" alongside fellow new song "Shallow End" earlier this month. Their debut EP Took A While came out in 2018.
