The interview was pre-recorded as part of Kimmel's week of shows in New York and was supposed to air around the time the new album dropped online. Speaking to Kimmel about the album, Kanye spoke about his religion and the role his Sunday Services have played in that. "I love that my daughter wants to go to church," he said. "She has such a positive assosciation with going to church because it's outside of the traditional four walls. Now that God has called me and I have given my life to Jesus Christ I work for God."
