All that Priest Humberto Rodriguez wanted was a statue of baby Jesus that would fit in his church, La EpifanÍa del Señor church in the Mexican state of Zacatecas; instead, he ended up with a giant statue resembling a cherubic Phil Collins in his underwear, the New York Post reports and Rolling Stone notes. “There is a space of between 26 feet between the ceiling and the floor and I ordered a statue measuring 21 feet, but I never intended to make it the biggest baby Jesus statue in the world,” he told Central European News, but did not respond to the Post’s requests for comment on its resemblance to Phil Collins.
