Passè and Sammy Adams enter the simulation in their “In The City” video
Bringing some of the Brooklyn producers’ favorite video games to life.
Passè (Richard Furniss and Anthony Chimiak) bring their catchy electronic music to the pixelated world of almost-vintage video games in their new video "In The City" with singer Sammy Adams. Adams was AFK for the shoot but Furniss and Chimiak battle each other in Grand Theft Auto, Street Fighter, and Super Smash Bros. to eventually forge an alliance.
As Adams sings about leaving a girl behind in his past, Passè provide that escape from reality by entering all of the worlds created by some of the greatest games of the 2000s. They finally get to live out the dream that everyone has of wreaking havoc GTA-style. But they also show the repercussions of that scary reality.
