Yesterday, HAIM announced that their third album Women In Music Pt. III, is due to arrive next month. The Los Angeles sisters have already shared a number of cuts from the album, and today, they're offering one more, "The Steps." It has all the components of an essential HAIM track — all the yearning, all the embedded grooves, all the rip-roaring guitar. Like each of the singles that preceded it ("Summer Girl," "Now I'm In It," and "Hallelujah"), "The Steps" comes with a Paul Thomas Anderson video. This one was co-directed by Danielle Haim. Check it out below.

Women In Music Pt. III was produced by Danielle, Rostam, and Ariel Rechtshaid. In a press statement, Danielle wrote "[the album title] came to me in a dream and I woke up laughing so I told my sisters.” The full record is out April 24 via Columbia.
