Digital FORT: Preview fish narc’s new album WiLDFiRE with a home “DJ set”

His working subtitle for the video: “Artists and producers hate him… hear how fish narc unlocked the secret to perfect live performance.”

March 31, 2020

fish narc emerged from the DIY scenes of the Pacific Northwest a few years back to become an integral part of the hyper-influential GothBoiClique, producing Lil Peep’s Goth Angel Sinner EP in full and working with FADER cover star Lil Tracy, among many others. On his new album WiLDFiRE — due out May 15 — he’s stepping out on his own, leaning into the emotive punk that defined his early work and laying it over condensed electric drums. His album release show at Trans-Pecos in Brooklyn a few weeks back was proof that he’s got a hardcore of fans ready to listen to the record on repeat, but, like a lot of GothBoiClique’s best stuff, it’s accessible enough to gain a massive cult following. Get an early listen to some of the record via the home DJ set he submitted exclusively to Digital FORT.
