Digital FORT Day 1 is now over, and this video has been removed from The FADER.

Honey Harper is, as Annalise Domenighini wrote in her Gen F feature on the singer, making space for a softer kind of masculinity in country music, one that follows on from queer artists like Paisley Fields, Lavender Country, and Orville Peck. His new album, Starmaker, is excellent and engrossing, and if you need a route into it his Digital FORT performance of the record’s title track, played in a dark room as digital hellfire rises over him, is ideal.
