Toronto-based rapper DijahSB shared a new track, "By Myself," on Friday, serving as the second single from their upcoming debut album Head Above The Waters dropping this spring.
The Harrison-produced track finds Dijah rapping about survival and overcoming obstacles such as depression and anxiety on their own merit over mellow,bass-heavy production. "[The song] gives you a little bit of insight on what my album tries to tackle," Dijah explained in the songs' press release. "I also wanted to slow it down...Harrison is like a brother to me and I haven’t even met him yet. He really blessed me with a hot ass beat.”
Head Above The Waters drops on April 23. Listen to "By Myself" above.
