Saint Heron Agency, the creative group founded by Solange, has shared a new short film entitled "Passage." The 6-minute clip was created and written by Solange, directed by filmmaker and MacArthur "genius" grant recipient Wu Tsang, and sports a soundtrack from Gio Escobar of the New York City experimental jazz collective Standing On The Corner. As if all that talent wasn't enough, the film also stars Dionne Warwick, SahBabii, and KeiyaA.

"Passage" serves as a showcase for designs by the finalists of the 2021 International Woolmark Prize. "To reflect on and honor the creative process with the 2021 International Woolmark Prize finalists," Solange said in a statement obtained by Pitchfork, "'Passage' aligns with Saint Heron’s mission to reverence creation as life, from abstraction to being. I’ve been a longtime fan of Wu Tsang’s work and to be able to work alongside her, the Saint Heron team, and all of the incredible artists and designers in the film, really fortifies the ethos of collaboration and communal creative exchange that we wish to continue to embody."
