Last year, Arizona hip-hop group Injury Reserve was working on new music when Jordan "Stepa" Groggs, one of the founding members, died suddenly. The tragic loss of their bandmate caused the surviving members of Injury Reserve to revisit the material with fresh ears, and today they've shared the resulting album: By the Time I Get to Phoenix. The tracklist contains the lead single "Knees," one of our favorite songs the week of its release. Listen to the full project below, followed by Injury Reserve's upcoming North America/UK/EU tour dates spanning through fall 2021 to winter 2022.
