Japanese Breakfast were guests on James Corden's The Late Late Show on Tuesday, with Michelle Zauner playing live and speaking with the host. Check out the band's performance of "Slide Tackle," taken from 2021 album Jubilee, above.
During her interview with Corden, Zauner was asked about her reaction to being nominated for two Grammys and being booked with Coachella, as well as being honored with a special plaque at the Philadelphia venue she once worked at.
Japanese Breakfast is nominated for Best New Artist at the 2022 Grammys, as well as Best Alternative Music Album for Jubilee. This week it was announced that the ceremony has been postponed until April and will take place in Las Vegas due to COVID-19 concerns.
