Bartees Strange makes his 4AD debut with “Heavy Heart” Luke Piotrowski

Bartees Strange made one of the best albums of 2020 with Live Forever so it's little surprise to see him snapped up by one of the major indie labels. 4AD, currently home to Big Thief, The National, and Deerhunter among many others, have today announced that they have added Strange to their historical roster and shared a new song. "Heavy Heart" comes with a video directed by Missy Dabice of Mannequin Pussy Check it out below.

Since releasing Live Forever in 2020 Bartees Strange dropped one-off single "Weights" and covered Bon Iver's "Skinny Love." To coincide with the release of "Heavy Heart" he has also announced details of a U.K. and Europe tour scheduled for the summer. He will play:
