March 10, 2022

Jordana first emerged in 2020 with Classical Notions of Happiness, a project of foggy and unusually engaging bedroom pop. She let her widescreen ambitions be known with the EPs Something to Say to You and the TV Girl collaboration Summer's Over, but her latest single "Pressure Point" is the biggest indication yet of Jordana's determination to hit the Top of the Pops.

Her latest single, taken from her upcoming sophomore album Face The Wall, is reminscent of acts like The 1975 and MUNA with its glossy drums and neon-streaked vocal processing. In the song's video, Jordana dons an orange wig and enjoys the comfort of her own personalized padded cell.

"The entirety of 'Pressure Point' is talking yourself out of an anxiety attack," Jordana said in a press statement. "It’s a personal song about smoking weed and becoming too anxious to function normally — overthinking every inch of your surroundings and everything going on in your head all at once.”
