Lil Nas X gave the performance to beat early on at the 2022 Grammys, running through his hits "Montero (Call Me By Your Name) and "Industry Baby," which saw Jack Harlow take the stage for his verse. For both songs, Nas X was backed by energetic dancers and a colorful stage show. Check it out below.
Lil Nas X is nominated for five awards at the 2022 Grammys. His debut album Montero is up for Album of the Year while the single "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" is nominated for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Music Video – it lost Song of the Year to "Leave The Door Open" and Best Music Video to Jon Batiste's "Freedom." "Industry Baby" received a nod for Best Melodic Rap Performance, but lost to Kanye West for "Hurricane" featuring The Weeknd and Lil Baby from the album Donda.
