Last time we heard from LA-based rapper OHNO he was leaning into a sound that utilised trap drums and pretty synths as a bed for his bilingual hooks. Since the release of "Jugo" last year OHNO has dropped new project Sunshine in a Bag, an EP that showcases his versatility and ability to take things in unexpected directions. "Drowsy" is a great example of this, with OHNO tapping into the pop-punk revival for a moody moment of introspection over a bed of jangly guitars.

OHNO writes about his anxiety in a way that matches with the feeling itself, with a sense of confusion that is hard to explain to others. "I don’t know what I’m feeling," he sings. "All these nerves I feel em creeping." The track has a similarly narcotized feeling, woozy with feelings that never fully announce themselves. The accompanying video, see above, shows the Def Jam-signed artist in a world far from usual feelings of worry and concern as he parties with a host of models, comforted in a world of beauty and glittering disco balls.

Check out the "Drowsy" video above. Sunshine in a Bag is streaming now.
