Kali Uchis shares “Te Mata” video

Following the TikTok-fuelled successes of her songs “Moonlight“ and “telepatía,” Kali Uchis has become one of the most visible Spanish-speaking pop artists in the United States. Orquídeas, her fourth album and second Spanish language LP, is out January 12, and today its second single “Te Mata” has arrived. Uchis is the star of her own dream palace soap opera in the song’s music video, acting as both a jilted, wounded lover and a fearless diva backed by a full band and a marble staircase.
