Folk artist and 2019 National Youth Poet Laureate Kara Jackson has announced a handful of 2024 tour dates. Kicking off this spring and running for 10 dates across the United States, the tour will be your first chance of the year to hear Jackson perform songs from her excellent, lush, and heartbreaking debut album Why Does the Earth Give Us People to Love?, one of our favorite projects of last year. Tickets for the shows, which will hit Chicago, Portland, San Francisco, New York City, Atlanta, and more, go on sale Friday, February 2 at 10 a.m. EST. Buy them here.
