J. Cole has released his double-album, The Fall-Off. It features 24 songs (including 2 bonus tracks) and notable features from Tems, Erykah Badu and Future (who appears on two tracks).

On February 4, the North Carolina-rapper shared that The Fall-Off was made with "intentions to be [his] last," saying that it brings the concept of his first album, 2007's The Come Up, "full circle."

He also gives insights to the 2 discs that comprise the album. The first, Disc 29, "tells a story of me returning to my hometown at age 29," he writes. "I was at a crossroads with the 3
loves of my life; my woman, my craft, and my city."

Disc 39, he goes on, "gives insight into my mindset during a similar trip home, this time as a 39 year old man. Older and a little closer to peace."
