Florida rapper-crooner Loe Shimmy had an excellent 2025, from opening for Lil Baby on the WHAM Tour to the release of his “groovy trap” album Rockstar Junkie. With all that and more to celebrate, he decided his 27th birthday should be a big occasion — and he asked more than a few of his famous friends to tag along. So last weekend in Broward County, not too far from Shimmy’s hometown of Pompano Beach, Sexyy Red, Rob49, and Bossman Dlow performed at a packed concert — not to mention Justin Bieber-cosigned Alabama rapper YTB Fatt (plus Drake-associate-turned-streamer BenDaDonnn).
“Loe Day was a major milestone in my career,” Loe Shimmy tells The FADER over email. “A way for me to bring everything we’ve been building back home.”
