And just like that, fashion’s biggest night — the 2026 Met Gala — flew by. This year's exhibition, titled Costume Art, celebrated the dressed body. The theme explored the relationship between different body types — not only in historic art movements, but also aging, pregnant, and naked bodies.
With a theme as vague and experimental, celebrities brought their interpretations to the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Luckily, stars from the likes of Bad Bunny, Rihanna, BLACKPINK, among many others, embodied the gala’s “Fashion is Art” dress code on the red carpet. Beyoncé was in attendance, making her return to the event for the first time since 2016. She co-chaired alongside Nicole Kidman and Venus Williams. The host committee also featured pop stars such as Sabrina Carpenter, Doja Cat, LISA, and Yseult.
