Prediction: The Knicks will win the championship and we'll be dancing all summer long. Thankfully, Warm Up is back to help us with that mission.
New York City's favorite outdoor summer party series, Warm Up at MoMA PS1 in Queens, has been curating some of the coolest experimental, dance, and electronic music since it began in 1998.
This year's line up, announced today (June 10), is set to focus on the roots of global subgenres, such as dub, techno, gabber, house, hyperpop, avant-garde improvisation and sound art. The lineup includes many favorites of The FADER, like GEN F alum and the mind bending purveyor of post-rage-rap chaos, Cortisa Star, as well as French multi-genre DJ experimentalist, Crystalmess, and rising R&B avant gardist keiyaA. Other highlights include Brazilian stalwart RHR, Dertoit vinyl dance legend, Carlos Souffront, and electronic trio and scene cornerstone, Purelink.
Overall, MoMA PS1's 2026 Warm Up season will feature 26 artists and collectives on six Friday evenings in July and August. In celebration of MoMA PS1’s 50th Anniversary, the season will feature performers from throughout Warm Up’s history. Tickets to the series are available now, here.
