Justin Bieber, Madonna, Shakira, Burna Boy, and BTS will co-headline the FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show on Sunday, July 19.
The inaugural Halftime Show will take place at New York New Jersey Stadium and will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and Telemundo as part of the tournament's coverage, with the show beginning at roughly 3:45 p.m. ET. Check local listings for broadcast and streaming details.
The headliners are joined by a diverse supporting cast. Revered Venezuelan conductor Gustavo Dudamel will lead a combined orchestra of the New York Philharmonic and the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela in a tribute to Venezuela following the recent earthquakes that devastated the country. The show is also set to feature the NYC PS22 Chorus with Coldplay, Ugandan dance group Ghetto Kids, and even The Muppets.
The show marks the first World Cup Half Time Show ever, midway through the clash between the reigning World Cup champion team, Argentina, and the UEFA Euro champions, Spain.
The Halftime Show will support the support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, an initiative working to raise $100 million to expand access to education and football for children worldwide. $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the cause.
