Brakence.
Brakence has released his newest album marroW (via Columbia).
The 18-track album is the hyperpop and rock artist's first full length project since his 2022 breakout, hypochondriac. The Ohio-born artist launched this new album cycle with an ambitious music video for lead single "ready or noT" — which was directed and edited by artist Quadeca.

marroW features Brakence's recognizable diaristic and confessional lyrical style, and continues to combine rock songwriting tropes with electronic and hyper pop-inflected production. Some songs, though, feature a more classic rock-pop sensibility, like "Problem Child" which boasts a sugary guitar riff and live drums.
