Epic Records signed Molly Santana to a record deal under her own imprint, Black Punk Music, the label announced today. The news follows an incredibly successful 2026 for Santana, including a breakout appearance on Drake and Future’s reunion track "Ran to Atlanta” and a string of her own singles, including “Walk” with Chy Cartier.
Speaking to Billboard, the 22-year-old rapper said in part, “Black Punk Music marks a new chapter in my career, one devoted to pushing the boundaries of creativity in music and beyond.”
Epic Records CEO/chairman Ezekiel Lewis said, “Black Punk is a bold statement from an artist who knows exactly who she is.”
Santana is set to release her first single under the new deal tomorrow. “A Girl is a Gun” follows previous singles “Live Your Life” and “Can't Touch This,” though whether those songs will appear on her next album is unclear. Her last album, Molly & Her Week of Wonders, was one of The FADER’s Top Albums of 2025, though recent singles seem to indicate Santana may be pursuing a harder-edged sound on the follow-up.
