ROSALÍA dropped a LUX anniversary vinyl box set

ROSALÍA has released a LUX vinyl box set, ahead of the album’s one-year anniversary on November 7. It is available to pre-order now.

The release lands a week before ROSALÍA performs at the Latin Grammys on Thursday, November 12. She is tied for the second-most nominations at this year’s ceremony with seven.

LUX was a sharp turn from the club-ready fragments of MOTOMAMI. ROSALÍA wrote its lyrics in 14 languages, including Ukrainian, Hebrew, Mandarin, and an invented hybrid language she built for the project. She learned and performed each one herself. The album pulled in Björk, the Portuguese fado singer Carminho, flamenco vocalist Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the Escolania de Montserrat choir. ROSALÍA co-produced it with Noah Goldstein and Dylan Wiggins, recording across Barcelona, Sevilla, Montserrat, Paris, Los Angeles, New York, and Miami.

The record debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and became the first album ever to open at No. 1 on five Billboard album charts at once, spanning Latin, classical, and world categories.

The past year has also brought ROSALÍA International Artist of the Year at the BRIT Awards (the first Spanish artist to win it), International Songwriter of the Year at the Ivor Novellos, and three Billboard Latin Music Awards, including the Hall of Fame Award. She recently wrapped the LUX Tour, her biggest headlining run to date.
