Maybe we’ve been listening to too much trance lately, but the new Freestyle riddim, produced by SSMG and voiced here by one of our favorites Busy Signal as “Cool Baby”, seems like the future of minimal dancehall. It sounds like something we could’ve done but didn’t because we don’t know how and puts Busy’s voice in the spotlight because his voice is wild. There’s also a pretty good version with Bling Dawg called “Jamiaca” if you need more.
