If you missed Vybz’ first tangle with Dre Skull in our Ghetto Palms Skull Riddim special, then this much more professional collabo might come as a little bit of a surprise, seeing as how Dre Skull’s prior discography suggests more in common with esoteric club jams than chart-topping dancehall riddims. But Vybz is not as popular as he is by depending on conventional routes, so don’t be surprised to hear more things like this and beyond it in the future. In the meantime, make sure to allot $9.99 of your hard-earned money to Vybz’ new album Pon Di Gaza, which was released on September 22nd to not much fanfare outside of the dancehall dedicated. And if listening to it makes you one of those dedicated, you can buy this crazy t-shirt of Kartel’s head.
