As we think back on 2009, by all accounts a shit year, one thing we remember as a ray of light streaming through the dark sludges of hell was the night Buraka Som Sistema played in New York. We will never stop loving them for their amazing live show, it breathed life into a deflated pre-summer. Meanwhile, FabricLive's impeccable mixes are a perennial favorite, and the recent BSS/FL collabo is Buraka's DJ Riot mixing kuduro, dubstep, house and hot fire that can be sampled in 30-minute form for free. We think this is really nice from a couple of crews that ALREADY GAVE US SO MUCH... hopefully this is an omen that 2010 will be awesome.
