That is a picture of Pippi Longstocking née Pippi Lånstrump smoking marijuana with two other Swedish childbros in the summertime. Dr Dre "produced" the song and it is rumored to be on Cudi's next album. Olle Hellbom directed the Pippi Longstocking TV series beginning in 1969 and probably gave them the marijuana. Sweden is ill.
