As the man responsible for coordinating Diddy's every sartorial move, stylist Derek Roche is used to being at the eye of the storm. We interviewed Roche back in the fall of 2008 for FADER #57, and the North Carolina native bowled us over with his easy charm, seemingly navigating the endless chaos of a superstar with grace and giggles. New online video magazine Arcade 44 captures some rare behind-the-scenes moments with the stylist, going on the set of a shoot for Diddy's latest Times Square billboard.
