That PCP bit has got to be a joke, as Carl Craig is fully aware that the gurgle he’s projected onto Hot Chip‘s very serious burner “One Life Stand” is all acid house. And it stays that way until about four minutes into this ten minute remix, then Craig brings in the guitar in something like a shredding disco loop. The keys sound Moroccan under his tutelage. Not sure if Carl Craig is the genie and Hot Chip is the bottle, but either way we got our wish.
