Every once in awhile a really straight-up rap video comes along to remind you what it was like before Kanye had access to obscure Japanese designers and aliens. Minus the Nuvo, this video could have been shot in 2004 (aka the last time we remember liking Fat Joe as much as we have lately) or even 1998—maybe it's the NY bridge shots?—but it's not rote, just powerful imagery signifying "ballin out of control." Also, cannot front on the song: still haven't tired of it even though it's played on Hot 97's morning show approximately four times an hour.
