Interview: Reggie Watts On LCD Soundsystem and the Definition of Epic

"Epic" is a term that gets thrown around all too carelessly these days, but Reggie Watts is not hyperbolizing when he describes the final LCD Soundsystem shows as such. No true-blooded New Yorker can deny that adjective, really, when it comes to their Ricky Gervais-early-retirement, regardless of "is it or isn't it?" (the last show) question. And as much as it was an epic series of shows for the people watching the stage, it was an epic series of shows for the people on stage—one of those special guests being the giant-haired beatmaker/comedian, Watts. FADER TV talked with him about his excitement, his fears, his wishes, etc the day before cameo-ing LCD's last show ever at Madison Square Garden.
