“Nosebleed” is the rollicking b-side of Deerhunter’s “Memory Boy” single. Suggesting the violent repercussions of what should be a good time (making out?), Bradford Cox matches a distorted rock vocals with lush acoustic strumming, creating a mood that seems weirdly appropriate to getting a nosebleed before getting some. And, if you’re in the mood for more visual fare, Deerhunter have also appropriately contributed their track “Primitive 3D” (the B-side off their “Revival” single) to the newly launched Pitchfork 3D series.
