There are four hairstyles in Creep's new music video, starring the duo's lovely Lauren Flax, the lovely, back-to-black-hair Lauren Dillard, and the track's lovely featured vocalists Nicole and Natalie Albino of Nina Sky, who at one point resemble the Shining twins, except they're bleeding all over, but even that's still a good part. Directed by Thalia Mavros, it's a super minimal vid, mostly a collection of really sharp closeups reveling in how good everybody looks and the short moments of their overlay. But also rewarding is the fact that Nina Sky's strong, clear voices still soar, even in a pretty abnormal slow-burning, chilling-not-clubbing environment. When we put the duo on the cover of FADER #39 in the summer of '06, they told us why they christened themselves Nina Sky: ""Ni" for Nicole, "Na" for Natalie and "Sky for their limitless possibilities." They didn't want to be just a reggaeton girl group then, but we couldn't have dreamed up this new-goth turn.
