Clams Casino really pulls the epic proportion out of Joyce's (otherwise known as Katherine Fussey, niece of guitarist Mick Ronson) "Keep the Lights On," turning her poppy hook over and over in a wash of screwy distortion that somehow manages to make the haze still feel high and bright.
