Video: Tupac Hologram Joins Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg at Coachella

April 16, 2012

20-year partners Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg headlined the first weekend of Coachella, performing their hits "Nuthin but a G Thang," "Gin and Juice" and "The Next Episode." The duo was joined by a number of guests: Kendrick Lamar came out for 2012 California anthem "The Recipe" and Wiz Khalifa and Snoop did "Young, Wild & Free." Dre-mentees Eminem and 50 Cent performed three songs each. But most weirdly, a Tupac hologram programmed to scream "What the fuck is up Coachella!" took the stage. Watch the hologram perform "Hail Mary" and duet with Snoop on "Amerikaz Most Wanted," above. Nate Dogg, who passed last year and was rumored to participate in the show as a hologram, did not appear.

Watch Kendrick and Dre do "The Recipe," and Dre and Snoop's entire Coachella set, below.
