Earlier this year, 19-year-old powerhouse Charli XCX wrote Icona Pop’s banger “I Love It,” a song perfect for shouting from the roof of your car. “You’re The One” doesn’t rage quite as hard—it’s more like an All Saints deep-album-cut ballad, with a bit of whispered rapping thrown in at the end. Charli’s You’re The One EP, featuring remixes from Blood Orange and Balam Acab, drops tomorrow in the US via IAMSOUND, with a full-length to follow. Below the stream, watch FADER TV’s recent visit with Charli in the LA studio where she worked on some album tracks.
