Nas and Matt & Kim, the co-headliners of Detroit’s vitaminwater uncapped show hadn’t shared a bill before performing together at the Masonic Temple there, but seemed equally comfortable in front of a crowd with such mixed musical interests. Before getting on stage, the three shared a conversation with Miss Info about collaboration, Nas pining for the days in hip-hop before it was so ubiquitous, and Matt & Kim envious of hip-hop’s ability to become one big party on a track. Even when it comes to creative pursuits, apparently, the grass is always greener on the other side. Check out the conversation above, and follow FADER and vitaminwater on Twitter for uncapped updates.
