Beyoncé and Andre 3000′s cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” has surfaced in full. Hear a radio rip of the track, debuted last night by the song’s original co-writer Mark Ronson on East Village Radio, below. Mitch Winehouse, Amy’s father, doesn’t think much of Beyoncé’s rendition. “I don’t think she brings anything to it. I wasn’t asked for my permission if they could record it. They have got to pay for the privilege, which is what they are doing. I can’t tell you how much it is but it’s a lot of money,” he told the Daily Mail. The cover will be released on The Great Gatsby soundtrack, out May 7th via Interscope.

Somebody tell Mitch you don’t need permission to record a cover. Also, Ronson seems cool with this version and he was a co-writer and producer of the original. Two great, future hall of fame musicians covering your daughter’s song and you’re talking sh^t. Ugggghhh.
