FADER PREMIERE

Following strong, beat-oriented releases from Sango and Atu, LA label Soulection keeps the hits coming with a full album out next week by Dpat, the 23-year-old Houston producer so far best known for Wiz Khalifa and The Weeknd's "Remember You." "Bloom" is far more introspective and laid back, pushing drops of vocals high, sounding like they're spinning out of the rims of a toppled wine glass. The video was directed by Jeff Vash; below, download a second new track, "Above Us."
