Since being signed to Atlantic Records in 2012, GEN F alum Ty Dolla $ign has largely built his name on his free Beach House mixtape series. After loads of freebies, Ty is finally ready to put forth an official EP. Today, ahead of its January 21st release, Ty shared an exclusive stream of the short-but-sweet, seven-track EP on Hot New Hip Hop. Staying close to the ratchet romantic content of his mixtape beginnings, the Beach House EP is full of boastful sexcapades and sticky weed; it features guest spots from French Montana, Fredo Santana, Casey Veggies and Taylor Gang boss Wiz Khalifa.
