Two New Collections You Need to Know From VFILES and Off-White

This week brings fashion news of two new like-minded launches: VFILES Sport Plus and Virgil Abloh's Off-White womenswear.

VFILES Sport Plus

Modeled by their users, VFILES' new house line is based on their most shared items and aesthetics. “I think that’s also something that’s never been done before. Like, what if Facebook had a collection? What would that look like?," Julie Anne Quay told Style.com. The debut collection, designed by Supreme's head of production and founder of MadeMe Erin Magee, consists of sporty streetwear priced from $75 to $300. Look for its launch April 28th.

Meanwhile, Off-White's Virgil Abloh went in a high-street direction, creating clothes closer in spirit to the Swarvoski-encrusted biker jacket he designed for Sky Ferreira's Bangerz opening set, which she subsequently wore in the "I Blame Myself" video. Priced from $180 to $2000, his debut womenswear collection dubbed "I Only Smoke When I Drink" offers everything from pumps to graphic leather jackets and jeans. Find it at upscale retailers like Colette, Selfridges, Browns, and the Webster.
