The-Dream Mined His iPhone Photo Files For “Culture” Video

Terrius Nash (aka The-Dream) recently released Royalty EP is remarkably honest, and with the video for “Culture” he takes further yet behind the curtain. Shared tonight on the Contra Paris website, the video is comprised entirely of footage from his personal photo files, played straight off his iPhone then recaptured by a second shaky, hand-held camera. The audio also seems to be diegetic rather than dubbed in. A real and real reflective video for a real and real reflective song. Let’s talk about the culture, the culture, culture
