Reese and Key! Toast to Going “Up”

Listen to the bubbling Atlanta rapper’s low-key YOLO-anthem.

September 22, 2014

Atlanta's Reese has freed a minimalist YOLO-anthem called “UP” from the vaults. He describes the old-but-new song as “just some shit me and this nigga did a while ago,” referring to Key!, a rapper whose name we've been seeing with increasing frequency lately. Together, riding a gently undulating beat by Ducko Mcfli, they toast to living out dreams, counting bands with both hands, and nights still young so we going up. In addition to the new solo-project he allegedly has in the works, Reese is gearing up to release a collaborative mixtape with Philly's Lil Uzi Vert called Home Economic$. Listen to two tracks from that, “400 Degrees” and “Pretty Boy Anthem,” which is also blessed by Lil B, below.
