Lil Wayne ended last year entangled in label drama and with no Carter V to show for it, but it seems like his 2015 is looking a lot brighter. For starters, he has a stopgap mixtape on the way, Sorry 4 the Wait 2, that Mack Maine's been teasing. Plus, tonight brings what could possibly be the first track, a remix of Future's Honest song "Sh!t." On it, Weezy seems genuinely apologetic for the wait, opening with a few "sorrys" and letting us know that his loved ones are just as sad about his album's delay: "I'm bumping Carter V on my iPod, my bitch is mad cuz it's not out yet/She said, 'Soon as these n***** hear your new shit, they gon' have to get they styles back." Hopefully this apology will soon come with a Carter V release date.
