Snakehips And The Internet Are “Gone” On Their New Track

UK duo Snakehips built buzz in 2014 with their tasty electro-pop creations, and they're gearing up for what could be an even bigger 2015 with a new EP, Forever (Pt. II), which is set for release on March 9 via Hoffman West. The smooth, deliciously woozy "Gone" is a collaboration with Odd Future affiliates The Internet. "We wrote 'Gone' at Syd's house in LA just after we'd been on tour in Australia," Snakehips told FADER in an email. "It was our first session on that trip and we were pretty jet lagged. It started from a rough loop we'd made a couple of weeks before and we built it up from there. Syd's studio is a really sociable spot, I remember Jesse Boykins came through at one point in the day and laid down ideas for the bridge."
